Trying New Things

So this winter I am trying a couple of new things.  I have started to take Yoga classes at Hampshire Hills.  I dragged Kelly to one last weekend!  I tried a Yoga Yin (almost like a meditation class)  a Yoga for lower body, and Vinyasa.  So far my favorite is the Sunday AM Vinyasa class, if anyone would like to join us!

The second thing I am going to try is going to a chiropractor.    Power of One
So some reason I have always been a little hesitant about seeing a chiropractor, even though friends have recommended it.  I am finally going to try it.  My shoulder and neck pain is causing me distress and my hips and lower back are affecting my running.

  1. I can't wait to hear about chiropractor. I hope it works and if it does I might not be afraid and go try it myself.

  2. I have never been to a chiropractor either... the whole idea makes me nervous to be honest. Let me know what you think of the experience.
