The Purpose of This Blog...

After reading 52 Simple Ways to Health  I decided that I needed a way to chronicle my choices. I wanted a way to not only track my changes but also a way to see my successes. My hope is that by giving myself and others a place to track these changes and the success behind the choices that we can all help each other out.
